The classic: oranges, onions, fennel, black olives, parsley, salt and oil.
But I like this change .... delicious.
Packed full of vitamins. I suggest you to use organic oranges, maybe directly from farmers, so that you can remove the orange peel to make the gold dust of which I have spoken billion times.
A wonderful salad with seasonal produce and a way to use the latest oranges. buy them until there are!
2 oranges, peeled (leaving a little 'white skin attached)
half fennel (including leaves)
1 stalk of celery (or two)
4-5 big green olives, chopped
6 or 7 nuts
some raw broccoli (optional)
2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Chop dress and eat. Enjoy your meal!
